D. Jeanne Messick (“Jeanne”) is an attorney who has been representing the legal interests of clients on the Connecticut shoreline and within the Connecticut River Valley for more than 30 years. Jeanne graduated from Connecticut College in New London magna cum laude and completed her law degree at the University of Connecticut School of Law.  She grew up in East Haddam, Connecticut and is a proud alumna of Mercy High School in Middletown.  She spent one academic year of college at the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, during which time she became fluent in Spanish. 

Jeanne has spent her entire legal career in Connecticut practicing in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Probate Administration, Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Elder Law and Asset Protection, Business Succession Planning, LLC and Corporate Formation and Transitions, and Special Needs Planning.

After many years as a principal in the law firm of Dzialo, Pickett & Allen, P.C., Jeanne has recently become “Of Counsel” to the law firm of Cloutier & Cassella, LLC in order to continue and intensify her practice areas throughout the shoreline of Connecticut and beyond.
